Best single-source quick read Whether you’re a lessor or lessee of commercial space, this well-written book is the single best source I’ve found for quickly understanding most of what it takes to create a mutually-beneficial shopping center lease. Best of all, the author explains an owner’s obligation to carefully choose a mix of lessees to create a synergistic marketplace, supportive of every lessee. My own center’s lessees will be more successful because I’ve read this book.Jack Stout — developer
